Selling on U4N is safe and worry-free. With U4N SellerProtect, we help sellers reduce risk and focus on what matters most — successful, smooth transactions.

1. What U4N Offers to Protect Sellers

Chargeback Protection

If a buyer files an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute, U4N will cover the loss as long as the seller:

Compliance with Terms of Service

To be eligible for SellerProtect coverage, sellers must ensure their account, listings, and transaction behavior are fully compliant with U4N’s Terms of Service and Listing Policy.

2. Situations Not Covered by SellerProtect

SellerProtect does not apply in the following cases:

If fraud is detected, U4N reserves the right to permanently suspend the seller’s account, recover any paid-out funds, and pursue legal action where necessary.

3. Delivery Proof Requirements

To qualify for protection, sellers must upload proof of delivery directly through the “Sold Orders” page. Email submissions will no longer be accepted.

Video Requirement:

For orders over $10 USD: video proof is mandatory;

Certain games/services: may also require video regardless of order value (refer to game-specific guidelines).

4. Delivery Proof by Product Type

For Game Account Sales:

Upload screenshots that clearly show account credentials provided to the buyer, including login email, password, and any linked authentication method.

For Games with Email Notifications:

Upload screenshots of account activity alerts (e.g., login IP address or device change emails) that help confirm ownership transfer.

For In-Game Items or Currency:

Screenshots or videos must clearly show:

If any evidence is found to be falsified, edited, or misleading, U4N reserves the right to reject the proof and suspend the seller account.

5. Additional Notes

U4N actively monitors all transactions on the platform. Sellers are encouraged to help us maintain a safe and fair marketplace.

If you detect any form of abuse — including exploit usage, off-platform deals, or suspicious behavior — please report it using the “Report” button on the order page or contact our support team directly.
